Standard Residential Service Rates

Type of Service:

  • 3/4" meter service (typical for residential) - $44.00 monthly minimum and includes the first 1,000 gallons
  • 1” meter service - monthly minimum of $106.00
  • 2” meter service - monthly minimum of $550.00

 

Water usage rates:

  • 1,001 - 2,000 gallons - $4.50 per thousand.
  • 2,001 - 4,000 gallons - $4.75 per thousand
  • 4,001 - 6,000 gallons - $5.00 per thousand
  • 6,001 - 8,000 gallons - $5.25 per thousand
  • 8,001 - 10,000 gallons - $5.50 per thousand
  • 10,001 - 20,000 gallons - $5.75 per thousand
  • 20,001 - 30,000 gallons - $6.00 per thousand
  • 30,001 - 40,000 gallons - $6.25 per thousand
  • 40,001 - 50,000 gallons - $6.50 per thousand
  • 50,001 - 70,000 gallons - $7.00 per thousand
  • 70,001 - unlimited gallons - $7.50 per thousand
